Welcome to ROParts.in. This platform is managed and operated by Drop Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Orders & Dynamic Pricing

All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable Indian GST. Prices are calculated dynamically on the server. An order is deemed confirmed only upon verified server-to-server payment confirmation.

2. Product Information & Compatibility

We provide genuine specifications and compatibility guidance for domestic, commercial, and industrial RO parts. Customers and technicians are advised to verify size and specifications (e.g. 1812 vs 4040 vs 8040) before placing orders.

3. Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from verified warehouse locations. Standard delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days depending on location.

4. Returns & Replacements

Unused and uninstalled components in original factory packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
